What do the invoices show?
Every paid order gets a GST tax invoice straight away. When you buy for a client, each line names the client, the certificate reference and - when it is known at payment - the domain, so you can bill each client from it and claim input tax credit with your GSTIN. You open and download every invoice from your reseller panel.
Who sells and invoices the certificates?
When we take the payment, the order is sold and invoiced by Foxelpie India Pvt Ltd with a GST tax invoice, as shown on your shop and on the invoice. When you buy for your clients, you invoice them yourself at your own price.
Is the shop really mine?
Yes. It carries your business name, logo, colours, introduction and contact details on every page and every email your customers receive, at yourname.sslwebstore.com - or, soon, at your own domain such as yourname.com. Customers who sign up there are linked to you.
Who supports my customers?
Our support team answers your customers' tickets, and you can see each ticket's status in your Reseller area. Your own contact details are on your shop for anything else.
What does it cost?
Nothing to join and no monthly fee. You earn on the orders your customers place.
Can I use my own domain?
Your shop runs at yourname.sslwebstore.com from day one, with a trusted certificate already in place. Using your own domain, such as yourname.com, is coming soon: you point your domain to us, we check it and put a trusted certificate on it for you. Ask us through the contact page and we will tell you when it is ready.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings go to your reseller wallet in rupees. Withdraw them to your bank account from the Reseller area.
Which programme is for me?
Businesses in India join the India programme (INR, GST invoices); businesses anywhere else join the Global programme (USD). The application asks where your business is based.
Which products can I sell?
Today: SSL / TLS certificates, ACME automation, Code signing, Document signing. Every product line is sold from the same shop and panel, with the same tier.
